Hosting accounts are subject to reasonable resource limits. Accounts that consistently exceed limits or negatively impact other customers may be asked to upgrade or optimize their usage.
While we maintain system backups for disaster recovery, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website files, databases, and email. We recommend regular backups stored in a separate location.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
